GEM is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Linden Lab or Second Life. Second Life service availability, account access, inventory behaviour, group notices, and grid delivery are controlled by their respective services, not by GEM.
No warranty
GEM and this website are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranty or condition of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANVLL disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, compatibility, and error-free operation.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANVLL and GEM contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, including loss of data, revenue, goodwill, venue operations, notices, tips, or account access arising from use of GEM, this website, linked services, or downloaded files. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

By using this website, downloading GEM, or using GEM, you are responsible for your own actions, accounts, content, credentials, and compliance with applicable platform rules. Privacy
If you submit a Second Life legacy name after donating, ANVLL uses it only for GEM beta updates, GEM Pro discount news, and related support context. ANVLL will not share it under any circumstances.
